While we will track these metrics at the beginning of your program to get a baseline understanding of your diet, we will be much more focused on what your plate looks like, not just the number of calories on it. Balance is the key here.

  • At FFYF, we have never turned away someone seeking our help due to their lack of financial resources. No matter what you can afford, we will create a plan that fits your budget. Our standard programs range from $200 to $500/month.

  • The reality is that you're struggling to be the person you want to be because you lack the habits and discipline to create those habits in order to be that person. I am here to help you not just gain muscle, lose fat, or learn how to fight but to help you cultivate a better relationship with yourself to make the long-lasting lifestyle change you have been longing for.

  • I’m a NASAM certified Personal Trainer and certified Nutrition Coach. I also attended The Ohio State University on academic scholarship, and I am an undefeated Professional Fighter. I have pulled myself up from my bootstraps more times than I can count, I have plenty of experience in personal development of my own!
